Booking Vegas Nights for your wedding or special occasion could not be easier. Once you have decided to go with us and have checked that we have your date available, which you can do by sending us a date inquiry using the form below, simply contact Dave by phone or email and let him know you would like to book the date and which of our packages suits you best. Dave will immediately hold your date and send you our booking email which will have a link to our online booking form, outline your package details and give you options on how to get your deposit to us. We require a deposit of €300 on booking. Once you complete the booking form and pay your deposit Dave will send you out formal confirmation of your booking with us. And that’s it.
Don’t worry if you think you might like to add something to or take something from the package you are booking, you may change the details of the package you have booked with us at any time.

Vegas Nights Lite - Four piece live band
Bass/double bass, drums and guitar with male vocals, this is our starting point and ideal for the couple looking for the quality and style of Vegas Nights while keeping an eye on the spend.

Vegas Nights Classic - Five piece live band
The way we started out and still very popular with our clients, both male and female vocals backed by our rockin’ rhythm section of bass/double bass, drums and guitar.

Vegas Nights Complete - Six piece live band
Our flagship line up and, by far, the most popular option. With the addition of just one member to our Classic line up, doubling up on piano and brass, the already very good becomes really great. A lot of bang for your buck, this is the configuration we recommend to all our wedding and corporate clients - very impressive.

Vegas Nights Brass Section - Seven piece live band
With the addition of a second brass player to the “Complete” line up, you now have yourself a proper brass section on stage. Perfect for those looking to really impress their guests with that extra detail and a fantastic sounding band.

Vegas Nights Brass Section Plus - Eight piece live band
Bass/double bass, drums, guitar, piano, both male and female vocals, trombone, trumpet and saxophone - the look and sound of this line up has got to be seen and heard to be believed. Clearly at the higher end of what people expect to pay for their band, the Brass Section Plus will just knock the socks off your guests.

Premium stage setup is included in all the above prices and consists of: very high quality PA system tailored to suit size of room and audience, the famous Vegas Nights illuminated logo sign and side spots to illuminate band, trussing system and our unique moving head lighting rig consisting of eight, programed, high powered, moving head spot lights. This added bling really frames the band and creates a wonderful atmosphere in the room and is a real bonus for anyone looking to extract the most from their night's entertainment.

Live DJ
Live DJ until 2 a.m. as part of package with band
Once the band have finished and left the crowd shouting for more, our live wedding DJ service will keep them dancing till the small hours with an expert mix of chart hits and classics.

Ceremony
Two piece - Wedding Ceremony Classic
Featuring our female vocalist Rhona with piano accompaniment. Whether you are having a simple civil or traditional church ceremony, your guests will be enthralled by a selection of songs chosen by you, interpreted and performed with easy professionalism and expertise.

Three piece - Wedding Ceremony Plus
Add a clarinet to our classic two piece for hauntingly beautiful solos. Perfect for those wanting everything to be that extra bit special on their special day.

The ceremony package options outlined above include suitable PA system and travel within our included travel area, see below. Professional and helpful consultation is also provided in the months prior to your day while choosing and preparing your ceremony music.

Drinks Reception
Vegas Trad Classic - three piece
The ideal complement to any wedding drinks reception, Vegas Trad is a hugely experienced group of multi-instrumentalists, featuring whistles, flute, mandolin, 5 string banjo, tenor banjo, bouzouki, acoustic guitar, double bass and electric bass playing a mix of lively, popular and energetic traditional Irish music and ballads to suit all tastes. Vegas Trad is a highly entertaining act guaranteed to engage and energise all your guests.

Vegas Trad Complete - four piece
New Add our uilleann pipes and fiddle player to the classic three piece linup to really make things special.

Swing Classic - two piece
Our double bass player and saxophonist, Roy and Rob, will delight your guests as they arrive. Sounds of classic swing tunes from yesteryear, expertly played, will surround your family and friends as they sip champagne.

Swing Vocal - three piece €650
Add our vocalist and expert crooner, Dave, to our double bass and sax duo and bring those great Rat Pack style tunes like “Fly Me To The Moon” and “Little Old Wine Drinker Me” to life.

Swing Special - four piece
With the addition of our guitarist, Paul, to the swing vocal line up, bringing with him his fantastic warm sound, as the name suggests, things begin to get a bit special.

Swing Full Band - five piece
Double bass, drums, guitar, saxophone and vocals. As good as it gets, your guests will not want to leave the reception area for the dining room.

Each drinks reception package option includes all necessary sound equipment, small PA with Swing Vocal package and larger.

Prices quoted will cover all necessary sound and lighting equipment including the famous Vegas Nights illuminated logo sign. Moving head lighting rig, trussing and stage curtains are included as part of the premium stage set up. Travel is covered within the counties of Dublin, Offaly, Wicklow, Kildare, Laois, Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Tipperary and Waterford. Engagements outside of these areas may be subject to some additional cost.
